Description
Carla Beach, CPCC
As founder of CBeach Coaching, Carla Beach works with her clients to create clarity around the issues and challenges they face, find courage to move fearlessly toward their goals and celebrate the successes they achieve. Whether she is coaching in a business environment, in faith communities or working with individuals facing life transitions, Carla brings compassion and accountability to each coaching relationship.
Prior to coaching, Carla spent over 20 years creating dynamic change in the world through community activism. She focused her attention on environmental protection, public education, and youth development, forging partnerships with local non-profits and businesses to create positive impacts for the communities in which she’s lived.
As Executive Director of a community-supported grass-roots non-profit in northeastern Pennsylvania, she won national recognition for programs that engaged local governments and churches, teenagers and parents, businesses, and non-profits in creating a more positive environment for youth and families.
In 2008, Carla began turning her attention to creating positive impact on a more personal level. She trained and became certified as a Life Coach through Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She worked as an Internal Coach for a large wealth management company and developed a private practice, bringing her talent for transformational change to her coaching relationships.
In 2010, Carla began developing workshops, such as Creating Clarity and The REAL Lady Godiva, that take participants through a process of reflection, discovery, envisioning and action planning that empowers them to pursue dreams and create positive change in their world. Carla is an engaging speaker, and her workshops and presentations help people connect with their hearts’ desire and move forward in their lives, no matter the obstacles.
In 2015, Carla began pro-bono coaching for Pathways, a Minneapolis non-profit that offers alternative/complementary health services to people facing major health crises and their care providers. As a cancer survivor, she is uniquely prepared to support individuals facing these overwhelming challenges. Carla is also a coach/facilitator for the Southwest Grief Coalition, offering support and encouragement to those mourning the loss of a loved one.
