Words are powerful tools that shape the way we think and feel about things. We are often unaware what a significant impact they have and may even fall into self-disparaging patterns of talking about ourselves. This has a large impact on our sense of self-worth. After divorce, one of the biggest issues women face is questioning their own sense of self. Come learn more about how changing the narrative we have of ourselves can help us create more positive ways to talk, think, and feel.



Natalie Marr

About the presenter: Natalie M. Marr, Psy.D., LP received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University and is currently licensed as a Clinical Psychologist by the Minnesota Board of Psychology.  Dr. Marr is licensed to provide therapeutic services and psychological assessment to children, adolescents, and adults. She works most commonly with individuals, families, and groups who have experienced complex trauma, grief and loss, as well as depression and anxiety.
