The divorce is final, now what? In this class, learn about what happens immediately after the divorce as well as what might happen in a return to court or another process. We’ll cover the immediate post-divorce processes, like transferring the home or retirement accounts, and later post-decree issues like appeals, modification of custody and parenting time, and modification of child support and spousal maintenance.

About the presenter: Jennifer decided at a young age to pursue a career in law, telling friends and family members that she wanted to be a divorce attorney. Jennifer works through many different divorce processes , including collaborative law or mediation, or a court-based process. Jennifer listens to her clients to provide an individualized approach that best fits each client’s goals and addresses their concerns, working as a team with her clients. Jennifer’s office is located in Maple Grove.
