We’ve all heard the term “co-dependent,” but what does it really mean and how does it affect our lives? This empowering session is geared for women who have struggled with relationships and have a desire to have healthy, loving relationships. You will hear one woman’s personal  experience and learn how you can begin a healing journey of self-discovery, learning to love yourself.  Come find out about the many tools available to each of us.





Roxanne Slater-Olsen

About the presenter:  Roxanne Molskness enjoys speaking to groups using humor and personal stories. She is a gratefully recovering codependent and member of the fellowship of Co-Dependents Anonymous.  Her service  positions have included Volunteer Liaison for the International CoDA Convention and chair of the MinnCoDA intergroup. She is a former executive director, pre-school and children’s yoga teacher. After remarrying in 2017, Roxanne now lives in Dayton, MN with her husband, teenage daughter and beloved dog, Mocha.
