Dreaming is essential to our creativity and health and a fundamental part of being human. In the absence of four to six dreams per night, we lose our emotional stability and also lose the ability to make use of what we have learned. This is especially true when going through a major transition. Sheila will teach how to dream on purpose, answer questions about dreams and introduce some simple dreamwork exercises that you can do at home.
